How it works
From sign-up to your first sale in an afternoon.
No installer, no technician visit. You sign up online, create the store, import the catalogue and the online store builds itself from it. Times below are typical for a single store.
Create your account with an email and password, then name the business, pick the country (US or UAE), currency, time zone and the language your staff will use. No card, no installer.
Add each store location with its address and tax rate, name the registers, and invite staff with a role and PIN. Turn on age prompts for the categories your licence restricts.
Upload a CSV or your old POS export with barcodes, sizes, costs and prices, or send it to us and we import it for free. Set the case unit (Case = 12 bottles) once per category.

No. 03Does it check ID and age at the register?
Yes. You mark categories such as spirits, wine and beer as age-restricted. When one is scanned, the register stops and asks the cashier to scan the ID or enter the date of birth, and shows the cut-off birth date for today. Refused sales are logged. Your store remains responsible for following its own licence.
No. 04Can I sell by the case and by the bottle?
Yes. Each product has a base unit (the bottle) and a larger unit (the case of 12, or 6, or 24). The cashier picks the unit or scans the case barcode, the price comes from the unit, and stock is always kept in bottles, so breaking a case on the shelf never confuses the count.
No. 05Does it do mix-and-match case discounts?
Yes. You set a rule, for example any 6 wines take 10% off and any 12 take 15%, choose the categories or brands that qualify and the stores where it runs, and the register applies it automatically as bottles are scanned.
No. 06How do I get my products in?
Upload a CSV or the export from your current POS, or send it to us and we import it for free. Barcodes (UPC/EAN), sizes, cost, price, category and starting stock all come across. Stores with 5,000 to 15,000 items are normal.
No. 07Is there a contract or a processing lock-in?
No. You pay month to month or yearly and can cancel any time. Card payments run through your own processor; we do not mark up processing.
No. 08Do I get a website?
Every plan includes an online store generated automatically from your catalogue: products, prices, photos and what is in stock. If you want a custom site run for you, the managed website and the bundle add that.
No. 09Is it sold in the UAE?
Yes, to licensed liquor retailers. Prices are in AED with VAT included, receipts can be bilingual, and sales talk happens on WhatsApp. Your outlet needs its own licence from the relevant emirate authority.
