Migration
The switch, in four stages
Export products (with UPCs, sizes, costs, prices), customers with loyalty balances, suppliers, and a stock-on-hand report.
Send the files. We map the columns, set case units and categories, import into your trial and send you a checklist of anything we could not match.
Ring test sales, print a few labels, train staff on a quiet afternoon while the old POS still runs the store.
Count stock after close (or per section), load the counts, and open the next morning on the new registers.

No. 01How do I switch my liquor store POS without losing data?
Export your products, customers, suppliers and stock from the old system to CSV, send them to us, and we import them into your new account while your old POS keeps running. You test, train staff, do a stock count and switch over at opening. Nothing in the old system is deleted.
No. 02What does the migration cost?
Nothing. Importing your products, customers and suppliers is free on every plan.
No. 03Can sales history be moved?
Old receipts and sales history stay in your previous system; export the reports you need for tax and keep them. Your new reports start from your first sale.
No. 04Do loyalty points come across?
Yes, as an opening balance per customer, if your old POS can export them.
No. 05Can I keep my scanners and printers?
Usually yes. Standard USB and Bluetooth scanners, ESC/POS receipt printers and printer-driven cash drawers work. Check the hardware guide.
No. 06What about my card terminal?
Your processor stays yours. If your old POS required its own processing, you may need a terminal from a processor of your choice; the register records the card payment.
No. 07Am I locked into a contract with my old POS?
Check your agreement for notice periods and terminal leases before you cancel. Run both side by side until you are ready.
No. 08How long does switching take?
Most single stores go from export to live in under a week, with one evening for the stock count.
