How the store builds itself
- You add or import products. Name, size, price, photo, category, stock per store.
- The store page appears. Categories become menus; products appear with stock per pickup store.
- You choose what shows. Hide categories, allocated bottles or anything you only sell in person.
- Orders land at the register. Staff prepare them, check ID at pickup and complete the sale.

Online store questions
No. 01Can my POS build my online store?
Yes. When you add products to Bottle Shop POS, your online store is generated from the same catalogue: products, prices, photos, sizes and what is in stock at each store. Change a price at the register and the site changes with it.
No. 02Does it cost extra?
No. The online store is included in every plan, including Pint.
No. 03Can customers pay online?
Online payment works through your own payment processor where your licence permits it. Many liquor stores choose reserve-online, pay-at-pickup so ID is checked at the counter.
No. 04How is age handled online?
Restricted products are flagged on the order and on the pickup screen so staff check ID before handing over. Delivery stays off unless your licence allows it.
No. 05Does stock update automatically?
Yes. Sales at the register reduce the stock the site shows, and online orders reserve stock in the pickup store so the last bottle is not sold twice.
No. 06Can I hide products from the site?
Yes. Hide a product, a category or allocated items; they still sell at the register.
No. 07Can I use my own domain?
Yes, point your domain at the store. You also get a free address on our domain to start with.
No. 08Do I need the managed website as well?
Not necessarily. The online store covers products and orders. The managed website adds a custom design, events, special orders and content we maintain for you.
