How the numbers are worked out
- Plan choice. One store with up to 1 register uses Pint, up to 3 uses Fifth, more than 3 or more than one store uses Handle; registers above the plan's allowance are added at the extra-register price.
- Bundle. Bundle price per store, plus extra registers above three per store.
- Saving. Your current total minus the cheaper of "POS plan + your current website and marketing" and "bundle".
- Tax. US prices exclude sales tax; UAE prices include 5% VAT.

No. 01How does the savings calculator work?
Enter what you pay each month today for your POS software, website and marketing or CRM tools, and how many stores and registers you run. It prices the same setup on Bottle Shop POS, using our current price list for your country, and shows the monthly and yearly difference.
No. 02Does it include card processing?
No. Card processing stays with your own processor on Bottle Shop POS. If your current POS forces its own processing, compare the rates separately; we do not add a percentage to card sales.
No. 03Which plan does it assume?
It picks the smallest plan that fits your registers per store and adds extra registers where needed. For several stores it uses Handle, which multi-store transfers require.
No. 04Are the results a quote?
They are an estimate from our published prices. Taxes are shown the way your market expects: added at checkout in the US, included in the UAE.
No. 05Does yearly billing change the result?
Yes. Switch to yearly and every Bottle Shop POS price drops by 15%.
No. 06What about hardware?
Hardware is not in the calculation. Most stores keep their scanners, printers and cash drawers; see the hardware guide for what works.
No. 07What if I do not have a website now?
Leave the website field at zero. The calculator still shows the bundle, which adds a managed website and CRM, so you can see what that costs compared with POS only.
No. 08Is my input saved or sent anywhere?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us.
