Agreement

By using this website or creating a Bottle Shop POS account you agree to these terms. If you use the software for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Who may use the software

• Businesses in the United States and licensed liquor retailers in the United Arab Emirates.
• You must hold and keep any licence your business needs to sell alcohol. The software does not give you permission to sell anything.
• This edition is not offered in Pakistan.

Your responsibilities

• Compliance is yours. Age checks, sale hours, deposits, discounts, taxes and every other legal requirement remain your responsibility. Settings in the software help you follow rules; they do not decide them.
• Keep logins secure and give each staff member their own account.
• Enter accurate prices, tax rates and product data.
• Do not use the software for anything unlawful, to sell to minors, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.

Plans, trial and payment

• The free trial lasts the number of days shown on the pricing page and needs no card.
• Plans are billed per store, monthly or yearly, in USD (US) or AED including VAT (UAE), at the prices on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• US prices exclude sales tax, which is added where it applies.
• Card processing is between you and your own processor; we are not a party to it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Cancellation

• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid month.
• Yearly plans are paid up front for the discount; see the refund policy.
• After cancellation you can export your data for 90 days.

Managed website and bundle

• The website setup fee covers design work and is non-refundable once the first design is delivered.
• You own your domain and your content. We license the site code to you while you subscribe.
• Online sale or delivery of alcohol is enabled only where you confirm your licence allows it.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times except planned maintenance, and to answer support messages within one business day. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or fines and penalties arising from how you operate your store. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account owners at least 30 days in advance.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity named on your invoice. Mandatory consumer and business protections in your country still apply.
