FAQ
Bottle Shop POS costs $39, $69 or $119 per store per month in the US (plus sales tax), and AED 149, 259 or 449 in the UAE with VAT included. Yearly billing takes 15% off. Hardware and card processing are separate and stay with your own suppliers.
Yes, 14 days, without a card. The trial opens the Handle plan so you can test every feature; you pick a plan when it ends.
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month you paid for. Yearly plans are paid up front for the discount; see the refund policy for the details.
No. Card payments run through your own processor. We do not add a percentage to your card sales.
A store is one physical location with its own stock. A store includes the registers listed on its plan; extra registers are a small monthly add-on.
Multi-store features such as transfers need every store on the Handle plan. A single store can be on any plan.
No setup fee on POS plans, and the catalogue import is free. The managed website has a one-time setup of $249 (AED 899), which the bundle waives.
Each market has its own price list, set for local costs and buying habits, not converted from dollars. UAE prices include 5% VAT, as UAE consumer rules expect prices to be shown.
No. The online store generated from your catalogue is included in every plan. The managed website is an optional upgrade with a custom design run for you.
Yes, up or down at any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
