Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

The trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Monthly plans

• Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us.
• Service continues to the end of the month you paid for; that month is not refunded.

Yearly plans

• Within 30 days of payment: cancel and we refund the unused months pro rata.
• After 30 days: the plan runs to the end of the paid year and is not refunded, unless the law where you are requires otherwise.

Extra registers and upgrades

Upgrades are charged pro rata from the day you upgrade. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.

Managed website

• The setup fee is refundable in full until the first design is delivered, and not after.
• The monthly fee follows the monthly or yearly rules above.

Bundle

The bundle follows the monthly or yearly rules above. There is no setup fee to refund.

Hardware and card processing

We do not sell hardware or process cards, so their returns and fees are between you and your supplier or processor.

How to ask for a refund

Use the contact page with the subject “Billing”. We answer within one business day and refund to the original payment method.
