Getting started
Create your account and business2 min · Sign up for Bottle Shop POS, name the business, and choose the country, currency, time zone and language your staff will use.
Add your store, registers and staff8 min · Add a store location with its tax rate, name each register, and invite staff with a role, a PIN and their own interface language.
Turn on age prompts for restricted categories3 min · Flag spirits, wine, beer and other restricted categories so the register stops and asks for an ID check on every sale that includes them.

Import products from a CSV or old POS export20 min · Upload a CSV or Excel file, map columns to UPC, name, size, price, cost and category, fix errors in the preview, and import thousands of products.
Set up case units (Case = 12 bottles)5 min · Create a case unit as a sub-unit of the bottle, give it its own price and barcode, and keep stock counted in bottles.
Print shelf tags and barcode labels5 min · Print shelf tags with price and size, and barcode labels for products without a UPC, on a thermal label printer.
At the register
Ring a sale, take payment and print a receipt3 min · Scan items, handle the age prompt, choose a case or bottle unit, take cash, card or split payment, and print or email the receipt.
