FAQ

Reporting questions

No. 01

Which reports should a liquor store check?

Daily: the end-of-day register report (cash, cards, refunds, voids). Weekly: sales and profit by category, slow movers and low stock. Monthly: stock value, tax and deposit totals, and staff sales. Every one of these is built in and can be filtered by store.

No. 02

What is on the end-of-day report?

Opening float, cash sales, card sales by type, refunds, voids, discounts, expected and counted cash, and the difference, per register and per cashier shift.

No. 03

Can I see profit, not just sales?

Yes. With costs in the catalogue, the profit report shows margin by product, category, brand and store for any date range.

No. 04

How do I find slow movers?

The product sell-through report ranks items by units sold and days since the last sale, so dead stock on the shelf is easy to spot and mark down.

No. 05

Is there a tax report?

Yes. Sales tax or VAT collected per rate and per store for the period, ready for your accountant. Deposits have their own report.

No. 06

Can I export reports?

Every report exports to CSV or PDF. The accounting module adds ledgers and profit and loss on the Handle plan.

No. 07

Can I check reports from home?

Yes. Everything runs in the browser, so reports are available on a laptop or phone wherever you sign in, subject to your role.

No. 08

Can managers see only their own store?

Yes. Report access follows the staff role and the store it is limited to.
