The four stages
What you do at each stage, and how long it takes
Choose a stage on the seal to read the detail.
Create your account with an email and password, then name the business, pick the country (US or UAE), currency, time zone and the language your staff will use. No card, no installer.
Add each store location with its address and tax rate, name the registers, and invite staff with a role and PIN. Turn on age prompts for the categories your licence restricts.
Upload a CSV or your old POS export with barcodes, sizes, costs and prices, or send it to us and we import it for free. Set the case unit (Case = 12 bottles) once per category.
Ring the first sale from any browser or tablet. Your online store is generated from the same catalogue, with prices, photos and stock, and updates itself as you sell.
Before you start: a five-item checklist
- Business name, address and licence number for receipts
- Sales tax or VAT rate for each store
- Product export or spreadsheet (UPC, name, size, price, cost)
- Staff names and who may approve overrides
- Scanner and receipt printer plugged in (which ones work)
The first week after go-live
- Day 1. Ring sales, check the end-of-day report, fix any price you spot.
- Day 2–3. Receive your first delivery against a purchase order.
- Day 4–5. Turn on mix-and-match and loyalty if you use them.
- Day 7. Review sales by category and the age-check log.

No. 01How long does it take to set up a liquor store POS?
About 10 minutes to create the business and the first store, then 15 to 30 minutes to import a catalogue from a CSV. Most single stores ring their first real sale the same afternoon. If we import the catalogue for you, allow one business day.
No. 02Do I need a technician or an installer?
No. It runs in a web browser. You sign in on the counter computer or tablet, connect a USB or Bluetooth scanner and a receipt printer, and you are ready.
No. 03What do I need before I start?
Your business name and address, the tax rate for each store, a list of staff, and a product export or spreadsheet. A scanner and receipt printer help but you can start without them.
No. 04Can I set up while my old POS is still running?
Yes, and we recommend it. Import and test in the trial, train staff on a quiet day, then switch registers over at opening.
No. 05Is the online store really automatic?
Yes. As soon as products exist, the online store lists them with prices, photos and stock. You choose what to hide.
No. 06What if I get stuck?
Support answers by in-app message and form, and by WhatsApp in the UAE. The Help center has step-by-step guides for every stage.
No. 07Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card. You add payment only when you choose a plan.
No. 08Can I add a second store later?
Yes. Add a location, its registers and staff, and copy prices from the first store or set its own.
