- One login per person. Never share the owner account at the counter.

No. 01Where is my store data hosted?
On servers we operate for the software. The application and database are maintained, updated and monitored by our team.
No. 02Is data encrypted?
Connections between your browser and the software use HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
No. 03How often is data backed up?
Daily, with backups kept off the main server, so a failure on one machine does not lose your data.
No. 04Do you store card numbers?
No. Card payments run on your processor’s terminal; the register records only the payment type and amount.
No. 05Who at my store can see what?
Staff roles control every screen: selling, refunds, discounts, stock, reports and settings, and roles can be limited to one store.
No. 06Can I export my data?
Yes. Products, customers, sales and reports export to CSV at any time, and if you leave we can provide a full export.
No. 07Are you PCI, SOC 2 or ISO certified?
We do not claim certifications on this site. Card data never touches the software, which keeps your PCI scope with your processor and terminal.
No. 08What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export it first. We delete account data after the retention period described in the privacy policy, unless the law requires us to keep it.
